The VSA's "Online Dispute Resolution" can help you to deal with your issue 

 

The VSA supports consumers who purchase or lease a vehicle. One way the VSA helps is with an online platform called Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”).  
ODR supports consumers and dealers through technology. This technology lets them communicate securely through online messaging and exchange of information. Participation in ODR is optional for both parties.  
ODR is easy and convenient to use by following these simple steps:   

  1. Access ODR using any internet connected device. ODR is safe, secure and available 24 hours a day. 
  2. Register and provide basic information. 
  3. Wait while the VSA invites the dealer to use the ODR. The dealer logs in and reviews your information and responds. 
  4. Review the dealer’s response. 
  5. Communicate with the dealer using ODR messaging. ODR will notify you when the dealer sends a message. Notifications are sent to the email address you provide. 
  6. Reach an agreement about your issue.
