File a formal complaint to the VSA
Making a formal complaint to the VSA may be a good opportunity for resolving certain issues. You will need to file a Complaint Form. The VSA will review your form and will inform you of next steps. There are issues with which the VSA cannot help.
If you are not able to resolve the issue with the option you selected, return to My Self-Help and consider other options available for your issue.
